CONTINUOUS STRIP ANNEALING FURNACE LINE. MAXIMUM FURNACE OPERATING TEMPERATURE

2250 DEG. F (1230 DEG. C). MATERIAL TO BE ANNEALED: STAINLESS STEEL STRIP

VARYING IN THICKNESS FROM 0.005" (0.127MM) TO 0.060" (1.5MM) AND MAXIMUM WIDTH

OF 16" (406MM). CYCLE: HEAT TO 2200 DEG. F (1200 DEG. C), COOL TO

APPROXIMATELY 150 DEG. F (65 DEG. C) IN THE FAST COOL SECTION.

CAPACITY: THE EQUIPMENT WILL HAVE SUFFICIENT HEATING AND COOLING AVAILABLE TO

CONTINUOUSLY PROCESS 900 LBS. (400 KG/HR.). PER HOUR OF 14" (355MM) STRIP

UNDER CYCLE SPECIFIED ABOVE. THE ABOVE REFERS ONLY TO THE AMOUNT OF HEATING

AND COOLING AVAILABLE. THE ACTUAL CAPACITY WILL DEPEND ON THE NATURE OF THE

MATERIAL BEING HEATED, ITS ABILITY TO ABSORB AND RELEASE HEAT, THE WIDTH AND

GAUGE OF THE STRIP BEING ANNEALED AND THE ACTUAL HEATING AND COOLING CYCLE

BEING EMPLOYED.

CONDITION OF THE MATERIAL: THE EQUIPMENT DESCRIBED HEREIN WILL PROVIDE FOR

CLEAN OR BRIGHT ANNEALING OF THE STAINLESS STEEL STRIP, PROVIDING THAT THE

MATERIAL BEING ANNEALED IS CLEAN AND NON-OXIDIZED. SOME TYPE OF STAINLESS

STEEL MAY LOOSE A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF LUSTER IN THE ANNEALING OF THE STAINLESS

STEEL STRIP, BUT THE MATERIAL WILL BE DELIVERED FROM THE EQUIPMENT IN NON-

OXIDIZED CONDITION, DEPENDING ON THE QUALITY AND QUANTITY OF THE PROTECTIVE

GAS ATMOSPHERE.

CONTROLS: NEMA 12 FLOOR MOUNTED ELECTRICAL ENCLOSURE WITH PLC CONTROLLER WITH

DIGITAL INTERFACE, AC/DC DRIVES, PANEL MATE TOUCH SCREEN OPERATOR INTER PHASE,

PC BASED DATA LOGGING SYSTEM, WITH COMPLETE SOFTWARE FOR SEQUENCING AND

CONTROL OF ALL SYSTEM LOGIC.

DESCRIPTION: THE UNCOILER RECEIVES AND HOLDS THE COIL FOR FEEDING INTO THE

LINE ON UNDER PAY-OFF MODE. THE UNCOILER MANDREL HEAD WILL BE OF FOUR-SEGMENT

WEDGE TYPE ASSEMBLY. THE SEGMENTS ARE ATTACHED TO THE SLIDING SLEEVE THROUGH A

SERIES OF INTERLOCKING MACHINED WEDGE SURFACES. THE SEGMENTS WILL BE

RESTRAINED FROM SLIDING SLEEVE BY A FLANGE ON THE MANDREL THROUGH A WEAR

STRIP. A 4,000 LB. MAXIMUM WEIGHT COIL IS PLACED AND CENTERED ON THE MANDREL.

THE UNCOILER IS EQUIPPED WITH HYDRAULIC EXPANSION FEATURE TO HOLD THE COIL. A

7.5 HP AC MOTOR AND GEAR BOX PROVIDES BACK TENSION. THE MANDREL SHAFT ASSEMBLY

IS MOUNTED ON A FABRICATED AND PRECISION-MACHINED HOUSING ON ANTI-FRICTION

BEARING. THE BEARING END COVERS ARE PROVIDED WITH GREASE NIPPLES FOR

LUBRICATION OF BEARINGS. THE ACTUATION OF THE MANDREL HEAD EXPANSION AND

COLLAPSE WILL BE BY HYDRAULICALLY OPERATED SCREW MECHANISM FROM THE FRONT SIDE

OF THE HEAD ASSEMBLY.

DESCRIPTION: THE TENSION BRIDLE WILL HAVE TWO BRIDLE ROLLS MOUNTED ON A COMMON

REDUCTION GEARBOX. THE POLYURETHANE COVERED ROLLS ARE MOUNTED ON THE BASE

FRAME ON ANTI-FRICTION BEARINGS.

5. DEFLECTOR ROLL: NEXT TO THE TENSION BRIDLE ROLL # 1, A DEFLECTOR ROLL IS

PROVIDED IN FRONT OF THE FURNACE ENTRY CHAMBER. THE DIAMETER OF THE ROLL IS 4"

AND IT IS A TUBULAR CONSTRUCTION MOUNTED ON BEARING BLOCKS ON ANTI-FRICTION

BEARINGS. THE BARREL OF THE DEFLECTOR ROLL IS GROUNDED AND HARD CHROME PLATED.

6. TENSION LOAD CELLS # 1: THIS IS USED TO GIVE THE TENSION FEEDBACK BETWEEN

THE ENTRY BRIDLE AND DEFLECTOR ROLL AT THE END OF FURNACE. IT IS DESIGNED TO

CONTROL THE STRIP TENSION IN THE FURNACE LOOP. A TENSION MEASURING LOAD CELLS

ARE PROVIDED UNDER THE DEFLECTOR ROLL IN FRONT OF THE TENSION BRIDLE # 1 AT

THE DELIVERY SIDE OF THE LINE TO MEASURE AND CONTROL PRECISELY AND PERMANENTLY

TO ALLOW FOR A RELIABLE THE REFERENCE VALUE, THERE ARE IRREGULARITIES IN THE

MATERIAL BEING TREATED IN THE PRODUCTION RUN AS SUCH. THESE IRREGULARITIES

WILL BE CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY BY THIS TENSION MEASURING LOAD CELLS. THIS UNIT

CONSISTS OF THE WEB TENSION MONITOR (LOAD CELLS) MOUNTED ON THE BRACKETS OF A

ROLL. THE WEB TENSION MONITOR DETERMINES THE ACTUAL TENSION VALUES, CONVERTED

INTO LINEAR, OVERLOAD-PROOF ANALOG SIGNALS, ARE PASSED ON TO THE DC MOTOR

CONTROLLER AND AMPLIFIED. THE SIGNALS HAVE A HIGH ZERO POINT CONSTANCY. THE

PLC COMPARES THE REFERENCE VALUE WITH THE ACTUAL VALUE AND THE LOGIC EMITS A

SIGNAL TO THE DC MOTOR CONTROLLER.

7. CHARGE END GAS ATMOSPHERE ENTRY SECTION: A SPECIAL ATMOSPHERE SEAL

ASSEMBLY, INCLUDING GAS TIGHT STEEL HOUSING OF WELDED CONSTRUCTION WILL BE

PROVIDED. THE HOUSING WILL INCORPORATE A SEAL SYSTEM INCORPORATING FELT PADS

WITH ONE ROLL EACH ABOVE AND BELOW THE STRIP ARRANGED FOR EASY ADJUSTMENT OR

REPLACEMENT. IN ADDITION, A FABRICATED NITROGEN CURTAIN SYSTEM WILL BE

INCORPORATED ADJACENT TO THE SEALS TO MINIMIZE AIR INFILTRATION AND MAINTAIN

POSITIVE FURNACE PRESSURE. THERE WILL BE PROVISION FOR A WATER-JACKETED

EXTENSION ADJACENT TO THE CHARGING END OF THE FURNACE-HEATING CHAMBER. THE

EXTENSION WILL HAVE INNER AND OUTER SHELLS OF GAS TIGHT WELDED CONSTRUCTION.

THE INNER AND OUTER SHELL WILL BE FABRICATED FROM 1/2" THICK T 316L ALLOY

PLATES, REINFORCED AND SUPPORTED WHERE NECESSARY AND EQUIPPED WITH STAINLESS

STEEL WATER INLET AND OUTLET FITTINGS FOR CONNECTION TO THE PLANT WATER SUPPLY

AND DRAIN LINES. THE ENTRY CHAMBER AT PASS LINE WILL HAVE HIGH TEMPERATURE

ALLOY ROLL COVERED WITH GRAPHITE TUBE. THE ISOSTATICALLY MOLDED GRAPHITE TUBE

WILL BE OF HLM GRADE, 4.00" +/- .005" O.D. X 3.050" +/- .005" I.D. X 26" LONG

WITH POLISHED SURFACE GRADE 890S. THE ROLL WILL BE DRIVEN BY A 1.5 HP AC MOTOR

AND MATCHING GEAR BOX.

8. FURNACE: A 20 FT. LONG X 4 FT. 10" WIDE X 4 FT. HIGH HOT ZONE MADE OF 1/2"

STEEL PLATE, WITH ELECTRICAL HEATING ELEMENTS KANTHAL K-A1 PROVIDING THE

HEAT(240 KW, 240V, DELTA 2 IN SERIES). THERE IS FURNACE MUFFLE MADE OF HT

ALLOY 600 18" X 16" X 17.5' LONG. THE FURNACE COVERING WILL BE COVERED ON THE

UNDERSIDE WITH FIREBRICKS RATED TO 2600 DEGREES F TO MAINTAIN UNIFORM HEAT

ENCLOSE IN THE HEAT CHAMBER ENCLOSURE. HIGH PURITY ALUMINA FIREBRICKS ON ALL

SIDE CAPABLE OF WITHSTANDING 2,600 DEGREES F WILL LINE THE FURNACE. THE

OPERATING TEMPERATURE WILL BE 2150 DEGREES F, WHICH WILL BE DIGITALLY

CONTROLLED WITH PROCESS/CONTROL THERMOCOUPLES X 3 ZONE CONTROL AND DIGITAL

TEMP. PID CONTROL SYSTEM. THE FURNACE WILL BE DESIGNED TO PREVENT ANY SCRATCH

MARKS ON THE MATERIAL AND THE TENSION CONTROL SYSTEM WILL PREVENT STRETCHING

OF THE MATERIAL IN THE HEAT ZONE.

9. JET COOLING SECTION: THE HOT ZONE IS FOLLOWED BY A 25 FT. LONG COOLING ZONE

MADE OF 1/4" STEEL WITH THREE GRAPHITE TUBING COVERED DRIVEN ROLLS. THE JET

COOL SECTION HAS 0.5 HP AC MOTOR DRIVEN GAS TIGHT BLOWER FAN X 3 WITH

PROVISION FOR WATER COOLING. IT IS DESIGNED TO OPERATE IN EXTREME TEMPERATURE

ENVIRONMENTS. CONTINUOUS WELDED HOUSINGS, SPECIAL BRACING AND CENTERLINE

SUPPORTS ARE USED, TO ALLOW FOR THERMAL EXPANSION AND TO STRENGTHEN BLOWER

RIGIDITY. IT HAS GAS TIGHT CONSTRUCTION AND HAS SHAFT SEALS, COOLING SECTION,

SPECIAL BEARINGS AND OTHER FEATURES TO ALLOW FOR OPERATION AT HIGH

TEMPERATURE. THERE IS ALSO PROVISION FOR HEAT EXCHANGER WITH ALUMINUN FINS.

IT IS WATER COOLED WITH CIRCULATING WATER TO RAPIDLY COOL THE STAINLESS STEEL

STRIP. PROCESS HYDROGEN AND PURGE NITROGEN IS INTRODUCED AT THE BEGINNING OF

THE COOL ZONE VIA STAINLESS TUBING TO PREVENT OXIDATION. TEMPERATURE IS

MONITORES BY K TYPE THERMOCOUPLE. THEY HAVE EXCELLENT LONG TERM OUTPUT

STABILITY AT HIGH TEMPERATURES, TEMP. UP TP 1335 deg. c (2440 deg. f) AND HAVE

LOW THERMAL DRIFT. HAZARDOUS AREA CERTIFIED DEW POINT TRANSMITTER TRANSMET IS

(MITCHELL INSTRUMENT) IS USED TO MONITOR PROCESS DEW POINT. THE INTRINSICALLY

SAFE TRANSMET I.S. CERAMIC DEWPOINT TRANSMITTER MEASURES DEW POINT OVER THE

RANGE -100/+20 deg. c. IT IS DESIGNED FOR USE WITHIN THE FOLLOWING HAZARDOUS

AREAS: CLASS i, DIVISION 1, GROUPS a, b, c & d t4 WHEN USED WITH AN

APPROPIATE SAFETY BARRIER(s). THE TRANSMET I.S. IIS CONNECTED AS A 3-WIRE

TRANSMITTER WITH A CURRENT SINK OUTPUT, WHICH CAN BE SWITCH SELECTED FOR

EITHER 4-20ma or 0-20ma. THIS OUTPUT IS LINEAR OVER THE ENTIRE DEWPOINT

MEASUREMENT RANGE, from -100/+20 deg. c dp. TRANSMET I.S. IS APPROVED AS AN

DIAMETER OD THE ROLLS IS 3" AND IT IS A TUBULAR CONSTRUCTION MOUNTED ON

BEARING BLOCKS ON ANTI FRICTION BEARINGS. THE BARREL OF THE ROLL IS GROUNDED

AND HARD CHROME PLATED. THIS IS USED TO GIVE THE TENSION FEEDBACK BETWEEN THE

BRIDLE AND RECOILER. TENSION MEASURING LOAD CELLS ARE PROVIDED TO MEASURE AND

14. AUTO EDGE WEB GUIDE SYSTEM WITH HYDRAULIC CYLINDER AND POWER PACK AT THE


EXSIT END OF THE BRIDLE A DEFLECTOR ROLL WITH LOAD CELL IS PROVIDED, WHICH HAS

DESCRIPTION: IT IS USED TO WIND THE STRIP COMING FROM CLEANING LINE INTO A

COIL FORM AND IS DESIGNED FOR UNDER WINDING. THE CAPACITY OF THE RECOILER IS

5000 LBS. AND DRIVEN BY A 15HP AC MOTOR THROUGH A GEARED COUPLING AND

REDUCTION GEARBOX. THIS UNIT CONSISTS OF A FIXED BASE, MOVABLE HOUSING,

MANDREL SHAFT ASSEMBLY AND A PUSHER PLATE. MOVABLE HOUSING IS MOUNTED ON THE

FIXED FRAME ON MACHINED LUBRICATED GUIDE WAYS WITH REPLACEABLE WEAR STRIPS.

FIXED BASE IS GROUTED ON FOUNDATION. THE ACTUATION OF THE MANDREL HEAD

EXPANSION AND COLLAPSE WILL BE BY HYDRAULICALLY OPERATED MECHANISM FROM THE

FRONT SIDE OF THE HEAD ASSEMBLY. THE MANDREL HEAD WILL BE OF FOUR-SEGMENT

WEDGE TYPE ASSEMBLY. THE SEGMENTS ARE ATTACHED TO THE SLIDING SLEEVE THROUGH A

SERIES OF INTERLOCKING MACHINED WEDGE SURFACES. THE SEGMENTS WILL BE

RESTRAINED FROM SLIDING SLEEVE BY A FLANGE ON THE MANDREL THROUGH A WEAR

STRIP. A PNEUMATICALLY OPERATED PUSHER PLATE IS PROVIDED TO UNLOAD THE COILS

FROM THE MANDREL HEAD. THE LATERAL MOVEMENT OF THE RECOILER IS CONTROLLED BY

AN AUTOMATIC OPTO-HYDRAULIC EDGE GUIDE SYSTEM TO AVOID TELESCOPIC WINDING OF

COILS ON THE RECOILER. THE EDGE GUIDE SYSTEM MAINLY CONSISTS OF INFRARED

SENSOR, DIGITAL AMPLIFIER, ELECTRO HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT, SERVO CENTER AND A

HYDRAULIC CYLINDER.

15. HYDRAULIC POWER PACK & VALVE STAND: COMPLETE NECESSARY HYDRAULIC POWER

PACK + VALVE STAND SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR ENTRY AND EXIT SIDE EQUIPMENT OF THE

SLITTING LINE FOR PROPER AND SMOOTH OPERATION OF ALL THE HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS

AND HYDRAULIC MOTORS CONSIDERED IN THE LINE.

16. DRIVE SYSTEM FOR STRIP SUPPORT ROLLS AT FURNACE: THERE IS ONE STRIP

SUPPORT ROLLER AT THE ENTRY SIDE OF THE FURNACE. TO AVOID ANY SCRATCHES ON THE

STRIP SURFACE DURING STRIP TRAVEL WE WILL PROVIDE DRIVE SYSTEM(1.5 HP AC

MOTOR) TO THIS FURNACE ROLLER AND ITS SPEED IS SYNCHRONIZED WITH THE LINE

SPEED. THE DRIVE IS THROUGH A REDUCTION GEARBOX, UNIVERSAL COUPLING AND

SPROCKET AND CHAIN ARRANGEMENT.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SYSTEM:
THESE ARE TECHNICAL SPECS FOR A CUSTOM ENGINEERED DRIVE SYSTEM TO POWER AND

CONTROL, CONTROLLED ATMOSPHERE BRIGHT ANNEALING LINE.

THIS CUSTOM ENGINEERED DRIVE SYSTEM WILL INCLUDE ASSEMBLIES OF MULTIPLE AC

DRIVE CONTROLS FOR THE INDIVIDUAL SECTION OF THE BA LINE PLUS ASSOCIATED

FURNACE CONTROL. THESE UNITS ARE MOUNTED IN A CONTINUOUS LINE-UP OF NEMA

CABINETS WITH INTERCONNECTING CONTROL FOR THE OPERATION AS AN INTEGRATED

SYSTEM.

ADDITIONAL PROCESSORS AND ASSOCIATED HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE ARE INCLUDED WITH

THE INDIVIDUAL DRIVE CONTROLS TO PROVIDE THE MASTER REFERENCE, LINE CONTROL

SEQUENCING AND OTHER SPECIFIED FUNCTIONS OF THE FURNACE. THESE INCLUDE THE

OPERATOR INTERFACE, DATA HANDLING, FAULT OR STATUS ANNUNCIATION, AND

COMMUNICATION WITH OTHER SYSTEMS.

IN ADDITION TO THE CONTROL EQUIPMENT, THIS CUSTOM ENGINEERED DRIVE SYSTEM

AS A CUSTOM ENGINEERED DRIVE SYSTEM, IT INCLUDES ALL SYSTEMS ENGINEERING AND

CUSTOM CONTROL ENGINEERING REQUIRED TO PRODUCE A WELL-COORDINATED DRIVE SYSTEM

THAT MEETS THE REQUIREMENT OF THE APPLICATIONS.

UNCOILER: 7.5 HP, 0-1800 RPM - AC MOTOR - AC DRIVE GS2-4010

ENTRY TENSION BRIDLE: 5 HP, 0-1800 RPM AC MOTOR - AC DRIVE GS2-4010

ENTRY FURNACE ROLL: 1.5, 0-1800 RPM AC MOTOR - AC DRIVE GS1-22P0

JETCOOL ROLL X 2: 1.5 HP, 0-1800 RPM AC MOTOR - AC DRIVE GS1-22P0

JETCOOL GASTIGHT FAN: 15 HP 0-1800 RPM AC MOTOR - AC DRIVE GS1-22P0

EXIT TENSION BRIDLE: 7.5 HP 0-1800 RPM AC MOTOR - AC DRIVE GS2-4010

RECOILER: 15 HP 0-1800 RPM AC MOTOR - AC DRIVE GS3-4015

ALL DRIVES ARE DRIVEN BY AC MOTORS. THE AC MOTORS ARE CONTROLLED BY 4-QUADRANT

REVERSIBLE DIGITAL DC DRIVES. THE SPEED IS VARIED BY ARMATURE VOLTAGE CONTROL

PROVIDED BY REVERSIBLE THYRISTORS. THE AC DRIVES HAVE FIELD THYRISTORS TO

SUPPLY FIELD VOLTAGE. COMMUNICATING CHOKES ARE PROVIDED FOR BOTH FIELD AND

ARMATURE CIRCUITS TO PROTECT THE THYRISTORS FROM CURRENT SURGES. SEMICONDUCTOR

FUSES ARE PROVIDED FOR BOTH FIELD AND ARMATURE CIRCUITS TO PROTECT THE

THYRISTORS FROM OVER LOAD AND SHORT CIRCUITS. THE CRITICAL REQUIREMENT OF THE

SYSTEM IS TO MAINTAIN CONSTANT TENSION BETWEEN ENTRY AND EXIT BRIDLES. ANOTHER

CRITICAL REQUIREMENT IS TO MAINTAIN CONSTANT TENSION BEFORE THE RECOILER

IRRESPECTIVE OF DIAMETER BUILD UP. LOAD CELL # 1 IS INSTALLED BEFORE EXIT

BRIDLE TO GIVE ACTUAL TENSION FEEDBACK BETWEEN THE TWO BRIDLES AND LOAD CELL #

2 IS INSTALLED BEFORE RECOILER TO GIVE A FEEDBACK OF RECOILER TENSION. THE

LOAD CELLS WILL GIVE 4 - 20 MA PROPORTIONAL TO THE TENSION.

TENSION BRIDLES: EXIT BRIDLE IS USED AS A MASTER DRIVE AND THE LINE SPEED

REFERENCE WILL BE GENERATED FROM EXIT BRIDLE DRIVE AND THE OTHER DRIVES WILL

FOLLOW THE INCREASE OR DECREASE OF EXIT BRIDLE SPEED. EXIT BRIDLE IS IN SPEED

MODE AND THE ENTRY BRIDLE WILL BE IN TENSION MODE. THE DRIVE IS PROVIDED WITH

ADDITIONAL TECHNOLOGY CONTROLLER TO ACHIEVE TENSION CONTROL. THE OPERATOR WILL

SET THE TENSION. LOAD CELL # 1 MONITORS THE TENSION BETWEEN TWO BRIDLES AND

GIVES FEEDBACK OF ACTUAL TENSION. IN CASE OF DEVIATION IN ACTUAL TENSION,

ENTRY BRIDLE IS ADJUSTED BY THE FEEDBACK OF THE LOAD CELL # 1 TO INCREASE OR

DECREASE THE TENSION ACCORDINGLY.

FURNACE ROLLERS: ROLLS ARE PROVIDED INSIDE THE FURNACE TO SUPPORT THE STRIP.

THE ROLLS ARE DRIVEN AT LINE SPEED TO AVOID SCRATCHES ON THE STRIP. ENTRY

ROLLS ARE DRIVEN BY ONE MOTOR, MIDDLE ROLLER IS DRIVEN BY ONE MOTOR AND EXIT

ROLLER IS DRIVEN BY ANOTHER MOTOR. EACH MOTOR IS CONTROLLED BY DIGITAL AC

DRIVE. ALL DRIVES ARE IN SPEED MODE.

RECOILER: RECOILER IS CONTROLLED BY A DIGITAL AC DRIVE WHICH RUNS IN TENSION

MODE. THE DRIVE IS FITTED WITH ADDITIONAL TECHNOLOGY CONTROLLER TO ACHIEVE

TENSION CONTROLLER. THE OPERATOR SETS TENSION REFERENCE AND THE TENSION

FEEDBACK IS DERIVED FROM LOAD CELL # 2 MOUNTED BEFORE RECOILER. THE TENSION ON

THE STRIP IS MAINTAINED CONSTANT BETWEEN EXIT BRIDLE ROLL AND RECOILER.

18. HYDROGEN-NITROGEN BLEND PANEL SYSTEM: IT IS DESIGNED TO SUPPLY EITHER 100%

NITROGEN OR A BLEND OF HYDROGEN AND NITROGEN GASES AT CONTROLLED RATES AND

BLEND RATIOS FOR USE AS A PROTECTIVE ATMOSPHERE IN BRIGHT ANNEALING OPERATION.
THE ELECTRICAL PANEL CONTAINS A PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROLLER WHICH CONTROLS

THE BLEND PANEL. A NUMBER OF SAFETY INTERLOCKS MONITOR THE SYSTEM; THESE

INTERLOCKS ALLOW HYDROGEN FLOW ONLY WHEN SAFE OPERATING CONDITIONS EXISTS, AND

CONTROL THE INITIATION AND DURATION OF THE NITROGEN PURGE. THE CONTROL

ENCLOSURE CONTAINS THE ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT NECESSARY FOR START-UP AND

SHUTDOWN

OF THE SYSTEM. THE PANEL INCLUDES THE PLC, FLOW INDICATORS, ROTA METERS,

SELECTOR SWITCHES, PUSH BUTTONS, INDICATING LINES AND EMERGENCY STOP BUTTONS.
