EBNER BELL ANNEALING FURNACE

The annealing department includes an EBNER hydrogen bell annealing furnace
designated "E". The furnace is suitable for high-quality annealing of
stainless steel coils under controlled Hydrogen atmosphere.
The furnace has a gas input of 520 kW and is capable of processing base loads
up to 40 metric tons.
Maximum coil dimensions include:
Outside diameter: 1,600 mm
Maximum stack height: 2,612 mm
The furnace was originally manufactured in 1995 and completely rebuilt in
2019.
