1.GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Rotary Fine-cut Saw (RFS) Cut-off Machine outlined herein is a pinnacle of

the Flying Cut-off machines for the pipe production of round, square and

rectangular shapes.
The two tip saws disposed on the surface of a rotating disk, being controlled

by the AC servo-motors, assure you to attain the marvelous cut-off face for

both the carbon steel and stainless steel tubes and pipes.

The RFS Cut-off machine provides the following features.
-Marvelous cut-off face can be attained
-Little surface off-set caused by 2 tip saws
-Simple & compact machine design
-Easy exchange work of tip saws
-Easy operation by the up-to-date software
The software will calculate the cutting condition by just inputting product

size data ( O.D & Wall thickness for round pipe, Side length & Wall thickness

for square)
