Line Description:

This line has very versatile exterior finish capabilities.

Colored acrylic or porcelain or even select non-stick exterior finishes.

Interior coatings can be conventional non-stick interior or ceramic finishes
possible with up to three (3) coats.

The unit has two (2) presses feeding the downstream processes.

Estimated capacity with two lines (2) presses running is 750 shells each per
hour or 1,500 shells total per hour.

In an eight (8) hour shift with 7.5 available run hours, that would be 11,250
shells. ( 750 shells X 7.5 hours X 2 lines = 11,250 shells per each 8 hour
shift)

Annual capacity of 240 days one shift would be 2,700,000 shells.

Two (2) Galdabini hydraulic 120 ton G6 & G7 Two (2) Feedlease coil feed lines

Etching Washer - THERMA TRON X
Single chamber, six (6) stage double lane with independent controllers . Two
(2) - 36" belts . Unit comes with a reverse osmosis unit , cooling fans and
roof scrubbers.

Primary Spray Booths - THEMA TRON X
Two (2) lines with two (2) open booths per line - 3 coat system - chain on
edge
Two (2) gas flash ovens after fist set of spray booths

Silkscreen - STUDIO 1
Two (2) STUDIO 1 automatic silkscreen machines
Cure Oven - THERMA TRON X
Double chamber high temperature primary cure oven with
6,000,000 BTU
Independent controllers for each chamber belt width 30" each chamber

Secondary Spray Booth - THERMA TRON X
Two (2) lines with two (2) booths per line -3 coat system - chain on edge
Two (2) gas flash ovens after fist set of spray booths
Cure Oven - THERMA TRON X
